This is me turned loose in a kitchen, with sunglasses. I really don’t know what kinda face that is. Doin’ this so you’ll know me on sight. Sometime I wear a goatee.
I started wallpapering as an actual apprentice, doing the equivalent of dicing and slicing and stirring and plating and taking orders. Mop and bucket work. Back when the most popular musical listening device was a Walkman. I mean… way more than 10,000 hours later and guess what? You know recipes for success. You show up in the morning, answer the phone, do the work. If you’re lucky ( I am exceptionally so) maybe you get to have some fun.
Now…. I am going to go on about some other stuff here… as an aside, and just so you know… This is one piece of the website that was written by me, the afore-mentioned GeeCee. Maybe it’s bad. I don’t know. But one thing it is not: it is not something AI would write. The rest of this site was written and designed by an AI. It’s big. It’s fluffy. And it’s a bunch of blather.
I did pick the name Zen. Over the years, I’ve met more than a few who got all worked up about their decorating experience. Long before I came into the picture. And I thought it would be good to emphasize some accomplishments aligned with one of my goals : to just dial everything back. We will work right on through this.
Here’s the thing. You can use your home to express your authentic self… but you should start by loving the space that you’re in… and we, and I, can help you with all of that… with the journey.

PS – One of the things the AI did do for me is that is managed to pick a roll of toilet paper as an icon up there in the top bar. Trying to figure out how to change that….
